Heres an interesting talk on TED about lying and some tell-tale signs of deception, its pretty interesting, and useful, stuff:

Watch this TED video, then watch the videos below of Larry Silverstein speaking about where he was on September 11th 2011, and why he wasn't at the WTC that morning as he normally was, and decide for yourself if he's lying.

If you don't know, Larry Silverstein became the lease holder of the WTC complex a few short months before September 11th 2011. Specifically he signed the lease on the WTC on July 24, 2001. He then placed a huge insurance policy on the WTC complex which included coverage for terrorist attacks. 

He was awarded a whopping $7 billion dollars for the 9/11 attacks. His investment was $15 million for the insurance. Thats quite a return.

He later went on PBS and said buiding 7 was "pulled", meaning demolitioned, on 9/11. Later he changed his story.

Anyways, in the video below, right at the beginning, Silverstein is asked "where were you on September 11th?", Silverstein then shakes his head no, and says "Y'know, I was home."

He also smiles, which is what is explained in the TED video as "duping delight."

And again, he shakes his head and says: "The only reason I was at home..."

Also he puts in a lot of irrelevent information, this is typical of bad liars. They flood the conversation with irrelevent information, trying to lose you in the details.

These are all tell-tale signs of deception.

Lucky Larry in another interview about where he was on 9/11, and you can again see he shakes his head "no" when he states it was "clearly my luck" that he was not in the WTC buildnigs, as he normally is, on 9/11... LOL.. Lucky, my ass..
